I had to give a birthday gift and did not receive the item for 10 days, after the actual birthday. I received a response back asking for the purchase info, which I emailed back within the hour, but then never received a reply. The product was fine when it did arrive. I was quite upset that I understood I would receive the item in 3 business days. Once I completed the purchase, it said it wouldn't ship for 5-7 days, and I immediately emailed the seller. I was very disappointed in the buyer not responding to my dilemma.
